(We cannot guanantee that all individual files in the BKF file will work since they may have not worked prior to the backup operation.)

However, we were surprised to see that there were people who would be dishonest enough to take advantage of this. Therefore we have now made our refund policy a bit stricter. Customers should have tried the free trial. It's free and its behaviour is identical to the full version. If the trial doesn't work for you, the full version will not work either.

If the trial works for you, the full version will also work for you, since it is the same software program the user is going to use. We don't offer refunds once the software is activated.

We provide in-house recovery services to customers who are having difficulty in using our software to recover their BKF files. This service is very time-consuming; however we provide this service free to our registered customers. Our engineers work around the clock to ensure that your recovery needs are taken care of in a timely manner. If there is valid data in your BKF file, we guarantee recovery. However, files that do not contain any data(i.e. blank portions of a file) cannot be recovered.
